At Icon T-shirts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange your items. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@icontshirts.net.au. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Custom or personalised items are subject to different terms and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.
