Add your garments & decoration method to your cart
When you have chosen your garments & decoration method, add them to your cart and checkout
If you have any additional information regarding your order, please include this in the order notes.
Once you have completed your purchase, your order will be sent to our production studio.
Step 4
Production
Your order has now been sent to our production team and has been entered into the production queue!
Contact will be made via email from our production/sales team to you (please make sure your correct email is entered on checkout!)
Depending on the decoration method that you have chosen, our team will provide you with a final artwork approval (Printing) and/or a sample embroidery for your final approval before we begin production.
Step 5
Shipment
Once your order has been completed, we will dispatch your order directly to your door via express delivery!
Tracking notifications will be provided via email & your order/account page

Please be sure to include the following detaisl in your message:
- Garment style (i.e TS37 Tshirt, FL07 Hoodie etc.)
- Decoration Method (Embroidery or Printing)
- Upload your design/logo, preferebly in a vector ai, eps, svg or pdf format (what is a vector?)
Once this has been received, we will contact you via email regarding your order and our sales/production team will advise you on the next steps.
